Scope

BuildCore clarifies the work, visits site where needed and writes a structured scope.

  • A structured quote is prepared: items, quantities, amounts, fees and validity.
  • You approve or ask questions from your phone.
STEP 03

Fund

Work is funded milestone by milestone through licensed payment providers.

  • Work is broken into milestones with their own amounts and dates.
  • Funding is collected through licensed payment providers and recorded against the milestone.
  • Nothing is released before the work behind it is done and evidenced.
STEP 04

Execute

Verified providers are assigned, mobilised and held to dates and standards.

  • BuildCore assigns verified providers — you are never left to pick from strangers.
  • Providers accept the scope, mobilise and report progress from site.
  • Variations must be raised formally, with cost and schedule impact.
STEP 05

Inspect

Independent inspection with checklists, findings and photographic evidence.

  • Independent inspection against a checklist for the milestone.
  • Findings are recorded with severity, corrective action and a deadline.
  • A failed required inspection blocks approval and payment release.
STEP 06

Approve

You approve completed milestones. Failed inspections block release.

  • You see the evidence, the inspection outcome and the amount requested.
  • Approve on your phone, or raise an issue instead.
  • Any override of a blocked release is explicitly recorded in the audit history.
STEP 07

Complete

Handover with a full record of what was built, by whom and at what cost.

  • Milestones close out and the project moves to handover.
  • You keep the full record: scopes, providers, inspections, media and payments.
  • Warranty items and later phases attach to the same project.
