Trust & quality

Trusted people. Protected payments. Verified progress.

BuildCore does not ask you to take anyone's word for it. Quality is a record: who was verified, what was inspected, what failed, what was corrected, and when money moved.

BuildCore Pros

Verification tiers are earned

Higher tiers come from verified performance on BuildCore jobs — passed inspections, kept dates, resolved issues. They cannot be purchased.

    Registered, no checks completed.

  2. 02

  3. 03

    Trade Verified

    Trade capability and references checked.

  4. 04

    BuildCore Proven

  5. 05

    BuildCore Preferred

Top performance tier. Earned, never purchased.

BuildCore Inspect

Inspection outcomes that carry weight

Every required inspection can stop a payment. That is the point.

A failed required inspection visibly blocks milestone approval and payment release. If BuildCore authorises an override, the override itself is recorded in the audit history with who approved it and why.

  • Pass

Work meets the checklist. Approval can proceed.

  • Pass with observations

Acceptable, with noted items to watch.

  • Correction required

Defined corrective action and a deadline.

  • Critical failure

    Work stops. Escalated immediately.

  • Reinspection required

    Must be re-checked before approval.

BuildCore Pay

A payment workflow, operated responsibly

BuildCore Pay is a payment workflow and recordkeeping capability around licensed payment providers. BuildCore is not a bank and does not operate an escrow service.

  • Payment intents raised against a specific milestone or job
  • Transactions and ledger entries recorded for every movement
  • Release only after evidence and required inspections
  • Posted records are never destructively edited — corrections use reversals and adjustments

Auditability

Decisions leave a trail

Quotes, milestones, inspections, payment approvals and refunds, provider suspensions and project status overrides are all logged with the actor and timestamp.
